Before you lace ’em up, let’s grab some info!

Every person is unique and every person’s current situation varies. As a result, running plans should be uniquely designed for each individual. The Stride Coaching process starts with a free run consultation to discover your goals and dreams for your running progress. Every athlete receives a caring, individualized approach, whether it’s your first 5K or your 10th marathon. From there, an overview will be provided of how the process works for developing a customized plan based on your unique starting point.

As the process moves forward, a personalized running plan will be developed for the race distance you are targeting. (1-mile up to 50K in length) The plan will include a framework identifying the weeks, total mileage and individualized “workouts” that we will layer into your training and get you to your goal.
